In case of financial services, you pay nothing. We are being paid by the institutions for mediatory services.

In case of property services, prices are calculated individually. Provision form the sell is usually between 2-5% of the sell price. As a client's agent, we charge from 0,5%-3% of the sell price, depending on the complexity. In case of property renting, provision is usually one monthly rent and for property management, we charge 15%-20% of the rent, depending on the property type.

Additional services are calculated individually.

We receive payments after all transactions are completed and thus we are motivated to achieve the best results for our clients.
